Foundation Session:
Don't let the name fool you. This is much more than "just the foundation" of your coaching relationship. By the end of this 90 minute session clients will have a new perspective on their business and have established goals for themselves within their coaching relationship. The perfect tool and service to facilitate and open the floodgates of communication between you and your staff. We facilitate a select group of your clients in a customized, professional focus group to gain confidential insight into your financial planning practice. Clients will share with us their insights, feelings, and opinions about your business based on comprehensive discussion questions facilitated by your Forté consultant. As a valuable benefit we see a significant increase in referrals after each Client Advisory Board meeting.

Your Forte consultant will make a comprehensive evaluation of your entire team and financial planning practice. In this "tear-down, rebuild" experience we leave no stone unturned including workflow processes, performance management practices, and evaluation of role responsibilities.
